Lose fat, build muscle or maintain: Ravok sets your calories and macros for your goal and turns every meal you log into RPG progress. You handle the diet, your hero shows the results.
“Iron that isn't tempered every day turns to rust.”
When you first open the app, you enter your weight, height, routine and what you want to achieve. Ravok works out how many calories and how much of each macro you need per day, and rechecks the math every week as your weight changes.
A moderate deficit with high protein to lose fat without losing muscle. If your weight stalls for two weeks, the app redoes the math.

LOG IT IN
5 SECONDS
Snap the plate or the label, record a voice note or type it the way you'd say it. The AI recognizes the food, works out the portion and shows calories and macros. Then just confirm.
EVERY MACRO
IS A STAT
Protein feeds Strength, fiber feeds Vitality, carbs feed Energy. As you get closer to your daily goal, the bar lights up block by block. Your goals adjust to your weight every week.
TAKE DOWN THE
WEEKLY BOSS
Every week a boss shows up with a condition to beat it. Each day you meet the condition takes away one of its HP, and whoever takes the boss down earns gear.
THE AI KNOWS
WHAT'S ON
YOUR PLATE.
Ravok's AI was trained on the food people actually eat: home cooking, takeout, meal prep, protein shakes. It separates every food on the plate, estimates the portion and shows how confident it is about each item. If it gets something wrong, you fix it with one tap and it learns your habits.
YOUR HERO
GROWS WITH YOU.
Your hero keeps pace with your consistency. The more days you log and hit your goal, the more gear they earn, across five stages up to your lineage's final form.

EMBER ARMORONE BOSS
A WEEK.
Every boss is a habit that gets in the way of your diet. There are 20 on the trail, each harder than the last, all the way to Vorath, the final boss.
SKELETON KING
The habit of putting it off until tomorrow. Beat him by logging at least one meal on 6 of 7 days.
IRON GOLEM
Protein that never adds up. Beat it by hitting your protein goal on 5 of 7 days.
VORATH
The Void itself. Beat it by landing your calories within your goal on 6 of 7 days.

Ravok is a calorie and macro counter for iPhone that plays like an RPG. You log meals with a photo, a label, a voice note or text, the AI works out calories and macros, and every meal becomes XP for a hero who evolves, fights a weekly boss and earns gear.
Send a photo of your plate, a photo of the label, a voice note, or type it the way you'd say it. The AI identifies the foods, estimates the portion and gives you calories and macros. You can adjust the portion before confirming.
Yes. You choose to lose fat, build muscle or maintain, and the app sets calories and macros for that goal. The goal is reviewed every week as your weight changes.
No. Under the hood, Ravok is a full calorie and macro counter, with goals that adjust to your weight. The game part is there to make you want to log every day.
Whichever one you like best. Your lineage changes your hero's look, weapon and story, but it doesn't change any of the math. You can switch later.
It can, especially with mixed dishes or hidden portions. That's why it shows how confident it is about each food and you confirm before saving. When you correct it, it gets better at reading your meals.
Downloading is free, and you can try the full plan (the Forge) before subscribing. The price is shown in the app, in your store's currency, and you can cancel anytime.
Ravok is available for iPhone on the App Store, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. An Android version is in development and doesn't have a release date yet.
